and punkbuster? wow you are incredibly stupid
How am I incredibly stupid.
My thoughts so far on this beta is no fucking way am i going to buy this game
Herp derp mp is not good, must not buy for singleplayer as it must be equally shit despite being developed by an actual good developer on a good engine, not some piece of shit with horrible shadows.
I have always like the Medal Of Honor series. They cannot however try to compete with call of duty anytime soon in the gaming market. And your title is dumb.
that's what all the cool kids call it
it's to lessen the number of dumb posts with variations of said title
Eh,
just played a few rounds and I can't say I like it.
It still has the unbearable clunkiness and delay BF:BC2 had.

exactly what i was goiing to come here and post
Wow, the Shahikot Mountains map is impossible as marines.
The other team has tons of places to hide, yet the marines only have a couple rocks. The rocks aren't even good cover, you can still get shot behind them. It's also really hard to see anything on that map.
Weapons also seem too powerful, you die in 1-2 shots. And I wasn't playing a hardcore server either...
Just how many M4's with holo sights did I just see?
What the hell? Its just a BC2 reskin... A complete BC2 reskin, nothing else... This is what they came up with? How original really... It gave the term "generic" a whole new level...
And what the hell is wrong with that M4? It looks like an automatic laser gun...
I can confirm the Shahikot Mountains map being even worse after playing as the other team (No idea what they're called now), it's incredibly easy for them. It's also generally hard to see enemies at all unless they're firing, they have a marker on them or you're close enough to see their name.
Guns really are too powerful, especially the sniper rifles. I don't even know if the grenades are frag or smoke, I guess they're smoke because they don't do anything.
There still isn't enough recoil, I don't even think they actually increased it. I tried at a wall 10 feet away, my bullets always hit the same spot.
The hit detection is just as bad as BC2, especially the knife.
It runs really well though. Max settings except HBAO and I get like 60 FPS, a lot better than BC2. But then the maps are really, really small.
Unless the singleplayer is awesome I don't plan on ever getting this.
it was junk since the first 'beta' imho. Sure , it was fun to give it a go... but it was just as frustrating BC2. It's very linear, maps can be small, i wasn't impressed. I wont be buying it
Wow, above the second objective of the mountain map there's a tarp (Or whatever it is) that the other team can walk on and shoot through.
I... don't get how that's a good idea at all. Besides the fact that you can get sniped while planting a charge, you can get shot from above. :frog:

goty and call of duty killer right here folks
God, the resolution system in this game is fucked up. I have to set it to the lowest to even see anything.
My usual resolution is the highest option.
It's not exactly impossible to win as Marines on Shaikot. Not exactly easy either. Your team either has to be incredibly well coordinated or the opposing force has to be incredibly bad. I've seen Marine victories.
I've won loads of times as Marines on Shaikot and I'm the only person in team really trying for the mission objectives.
Yeah, I hate it when there's a billion of your teammates right next to the objective and none of them are arming it.
It's like they're too used to MW2 where you just shoot each other.
Oh goody, punkbuster.

I like to be the one arming it. I get more points

I feel the same way. I've had some great wins where everyone's using smoke and going on the offensive at all times, and some utterly terrible matches where my team is too fucking lazy to even bother with the first objective. It's sad.
Why do I like this game? I have every reason not to.
:byodood:
I'm going to be losing sleep over this.
did they even change anything from the last beta? it doesn't seem like it
read the op

I seem to get stuck on the smallest of pebbles now. Highly skilled and trained Tier 1 operative.... defeated by a skipping stone
one word of advice for EA.
DELAY.
I'm pretty sure my dick is bigger than these maps

unlikely
Singleplayer is really the only thing that can save this game.
The multiplayer is mediocre at best.
