Im trying so hard to like this game but I just cant.
Knew it was going to be bad months before any gameplay was released. I'm never going to play it so I remember Medal of Honor as a good series.
just played the beta all i can say is
will someone please grab a piece of glass and cut my face off?
I don't see whats so bad with it? it just reminded me of a scaled down version of battlefield bad company 2 (without insane amounts of lag and better hit registration)

I was in both the PC and PS3 beta of BC2 and pretty much all the issues I had with it carried over to the final game.
The game will be released the 12th of October so there's obviously not a lot of room for improvement. The PC beta is mainly for stress testing the servers.
Not to mention how the majority of people are hating the level design and movement, things that will not be changed.

Actually a lot of military forces use hologram sights on some "sniper rifles". The M14 is mostly fitted with an ACOG sight or hologram, as the rail allows them to do so. It is more effective as an Battle rifle than a sniper.

Problem being this isn't so much a BETA as a demo, the game is released in less than a week, do you really think that is enough time to fix anything that comes up?

it is a multiplayer beta though
singleplayer may be different and better

This is the SECOND beta. The first one was terrible, and with the LOOOAAADSS of feedback, they simply fixed some lag, fps issues and connections.

You can sprint forwards and press the strife keys to sprint diagonally in most other games with sprint.

Sprint and strife as in holding W and D/A down (If your using WASD controls) while sprinting.
So, you can in MW2.
I don't think you could ever sprint strafe in any FPS game. If you meant like diagonal sprint strafe, then some games have that. If you mean lateral strafe then, I have yet to see that in a game.

such a shame the multiplayer most likely will turn off a lot of people from trying out the singleplayer
which they assume will be just as terrible even though it's being done by a completely different group of people but fp logic works i guess
And the MP is pretty fun, too. I don't see what everyone is finding absolutely terrible about it.
