No, seriously, I don't understand it, sometimes you'll completely hit them multiple times and they react, but it doesn't do anything to them. It's a goddamn constant. This is a mostly deathmatch game in tiny maps, it couldn't possibly be that complicated.

The game is being released 5 days after the beta ends, it's probably gone gold already, this is another step on the way to beta being another term for 'Demo'. The most QA they can do with this is stress testing, and that's all, unless they're prepping for a patch already, which frankly grinds my gears. Post release patches are no substitute for proper pre release QA testing. And there is so very very much wrong wit the game. Here's hoping the SP will be better. And to think I might have bought this.

I think it's kind of obvious why they've called multiplayer a beta and not a demo: It works, it's playable, and it is handed out to people for free, but it's far from being an enjoyable game.

According to the way game developing works, a part of the game released for free at this point in development is supposed to be a demo, but it's so unfinished that it deserves to be called a beta. The only action that can save the game now is last-moment delay, and I doubt that they're going to do such a thing.

Does anyone remember BF Vietnam? Well, MoH is going to be the new Vietnam. Why bother about buying this game when tons of people play or will play COD 7 or BFBC 2?

I played the beta for 15 minutes.. I ended up deleting it afterward. Felt like any other repetitive MW game to me, God damnit, EA..

Am I the only one who can't start the game? When I click Play on Steam, it just keeps opening and closing the Preparing to Launch Medal of Honor screen.

Have you tried running as administrator?

Tutorial for getting in first place ~~guaranteed~~ 1. be sniper 2. find a spot where only your head is showing 3. nobody can see you because of the massive blurry atmosphere a la BC2, so shoot people until you level up, I recommend body shots because they are easy and kill people just as well 4. aquire bolt action sniper 5. get in a place where you can only see the other teams' feet, and start shooting. DICE apparently had the smart idea to make he bolt action is 1 hit kill everywhere, and people will be unable to see you ~at all~ when you do this 6. even if you miss, the terrible hitboxes will compensate and you will hit something ~~guaranteed~~ 7. congrats you are now number one on the scoreboard even though you did absolutely nothing to help out your team 8. enjoy people yelling at you [editline]04:44AM[/editline] [img_thumb]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1157653/how2own.jpg[/img_thumb] me and chayce owning it up

for me: MP isn't bad, but it's nothing special. Wouldn't pay any amount of money for it. SP looks like it could be good, and the environments look fantastic. However, they've only shown a little gameplay and frankly, the helicopter segment looked [I]retarded[/I]

i've only seen the sniper part but it looked pretty cool

And SP in linear shooters don't live that long. "A couple of whiny fucks" I'm sorry, but pretty much 80% of the MoH forums are also being spammed with this game sucks sort of thing. And it really does. They tried mixing CoD and Bad Company together. And that's one fucking hell of a bad formula.
