It wasn't my kind of game, so I ended up selling it but I had fun with it whenever I played it. If you don't like platform games, then you shouldn't bother. Sometimes the physics can be glitchy, and because everything in a level is physically simulated something different can happen every time; this sounds like it'd be a good thing but it generally isn't in this case because when something unintentional happens you either get flung out of the level or trapped. The graphics are very good and you can make some really neat customizations to your sackboy/girl. The story levels are fun up until what most people refer to as the wheel of death. Some areas are frustrating because they are more than challenging, they're down right ridiculous. Over all, if you grew up with/are good at platformer games, you'll enjoy it a lot because it has a very long life-span of entertainment. If you're like me, you'll still get a couple of weeks of fun out of it, then you won't touch it again.
Played it at a friends house for an hour or so, and once or twice at an EB Games (gross, I know), it is fun as hell. So I'm buying when I pick up a PS3 today. (Damn RRoD)
I never really got what you even do in the game :S
It is amazing for the first few weeks then it becomes old. But while I liked it, it was awesome.
It's okay. Online is polluted with "HOTEL BOMB SURVIVAL" "MARIO LEVEL x1000" etc When you join a random game most of the time (least with me) you get paired up with some dumbass kid who resets the entire level if he's not winning the entire time. One time there was a jetpack level, joined a game playing it and I was hauling ass using the button that makes you go faster, kid didn't know it existed, so he kept reseting because I was cheating I guess. It got to the point I'd give him a headstart and zip ahead.

OP, You best be trollin'
Yes, incredible game.
Look at a review.
That's such a stupid thing to say. There is nothing wrong with liking "childish" things as an adult.
some people, especially adults, can't bare childish themes...
It's alright. Although it's let down by the lack of a difficulty curve in the story levels (don't mention the bunker in a LittleBigPlanet community. Just don't.), the piss-poor community that creates hundreds of empty levels just to get trophies, and the editor that makes it far too hard to make anything worth playing.
Those people would be adults with maturity complexes. [editline]02:29AM[/editline] LBP2 seems to take everything shit about the orginal and makes it good
Yeah, I'll definitely get it.
Wow that's my most succesful thread yet... Thanks for the info, I was just asking to know I won't be wasting money buying the second part with the ps3 I'll (hopefullly) get later this year... And I wanted sadult answers because I know how many kids play this game [editline]05:38PM[/editline] Thanks again

Because everything from your LBP game will be carried over to LBP2, so twice the content.
There was actually quite a lot of hype about this game, aparently a sequel is being made atm.
Am I the only one who likes playing on shit levels because it makes my own look a bit good?
i enjoy it with freinds on the same console, alone it's kinda boring
I thought it was great fun. It's really fun collecting all these pieces of clothing from beating a map and then being able to wear them. It's satisfying. Especially fun when you have somebody else to play with.
Not as good as Gmod, but still pretty good.
Online multiplayer sucks. PSN is both to blame and shitty. If I could pay for an online service and get a good connection I would. Look at Xbox Live. Who cares if you pay for it. At least I can fucking play a game multiplayer.
Do you live in Australia? I'm in CANADA and I can get good ping from a European host. XBOX Live is PSN except you have to pay for it and instead of an internet browser you get shitty videos made by overpaid fucktards. EDIT: Bad spelling.
Games like these exclusive to PS3 make me want a PS3.

Yeah it's 'aight.
It is pretty awesome, but you need to wait for LBP 2.

I've always seen it as a game like Spore that's awesome for the first 10 minutes and then gets shit. Never played it to confirm this.
It is so damn awesome! I'm in a shortage of cash so I haven't bought it, but on the summer, I'm gonna do some delivery jobs and try to look if any kind of club would need a comedian for their show (after a bit of practise, but atleast all of my friends say that I could be a fantastic comedian without me asking).
It's like $30. Why would you need to do all that? But good luck anyway
