I'm not 100% sure, but I could of sworn that somewheres I read about Portal 2 and EP3 becoming linked completely.

Now me being me, never finished Portal due to shit computer -- I do believe Portal ended with the testing facility being destroyed and the character being sucked into a portal?

Now before you rate this dumb or anything; I have no played Portal 100% and I am strictly doing this from what I have been told...

So if the building was destroyed or however Portal ended; Isn't it beyond possible that the Boreallis holds information of Aperture Science? Not exactly belonging to the 'company' but possibly holding a link to the two... 'universes'?

But I do think that they will release a Portal 2 around the same time as an EP3 release, both games tieing themselves up for HL3 << Again rate me dumb <<

Which would conclude the Portal series however continue the Half Life franchise...

Gabe already said in an interview that after Left 4 Dead 2 is released, they will make either Counter-Strike 2, or Portal 2.

Episode three is going to be the LAST thing they do, if they release it in games, not packs. End the Half Life 2 story with a bang. Obviously Portal 2 is going to come first, as it's part of the backstory to Half Life 2, as well as "Less Epic."

The original Half-life was paired faithfully to Counter-strike.
Half-life 2 was co-released with Counter-strike: Source.
Half-life 2 Ep. 3 is delayed significantly, somewhere in the realm of a comment made my Lombardi that a ton of emails asking for a new Counter-strike would influence the release. After which, his inbox was water damaged with all the flooding.
