Counter-Strike: Source Beta Launches! (Don't make other threads.) - Games

So many retards on there making damn stupid jokes, annoyed me badly. Otherwise i thought it was OK, apart from the strafing wtfness. I like the new UI and the stats stuff. Hit boxes I didn't even notice if they were lagging, every shot I fired hit the others body accurately.

Rate me clocks, but will this be an update to CS:S or a whole new game? This would be the only time I'd play CS.

I think they need to add single player, like CZ.

Playing CS:S made me appreciate just how much fun TF2 is.

I love it how all the hardcore CS:S players whine about [I]extremely[/I] minor changes in movement speed and strafing. To be honest, if your noticing shit like that, you have played CS:S way, WAY too much.

i dont frequently play CS:S but i had a go on the beta with the new mvp and such and it was quite pleasant. I failed terribly as always but it was fun, and the achievments arent bad. some are humorously named, and some are quite clever, like having your entire team in the same skin when a round starts.
