The addition of a TF2-style killcam seems silly. I mean, given the lack of facial expression or varied effects, what's the point of getting a snapshot? "Oh look, he's holding a gun and running. Joy."

Did they increase the number of slots yet, or have an idea when they will again? I want to try it, but apparently they're not accepting anyone else right now.

Jeeessuuss join a server with 20 players 8 of them are like yeah this rocks, thanks valve! the others are having some of the Lamest reasons to hate it RUNS TOO SLOW SHIT GRAFIX, ITS FUZZY NEEDS NEW GUNS YA AN RPG OOH YA AND A RIOT SHIELD. Currently some guy is raging at me on youtube because i told him that there is no point in adding new guns to css, unless they make a new css. then i got the (Lul all the "pros" are not pros cuz they are scared of changing guns)
the update made CS:S compatible to Mac, so no biggie. (the small one)

I wish they'd do this with DoDs aswell. I'd play it a lot more. :smith: I loved the game back in 2006. But slowly stopped playing it because the community was slowly dying aswell. Then TF2 came out, and half of my friends stopped playing it and moved on to TF2, a lot of good servers were closed too. Probably moved to TF2 also. But hell, now-a-days I only see about 20 servers on the list and only 3 are actually good, back in the day I saw over 40 good servers with good people in it on a daily basis. Good ol' days indeed. I just can't seem to get into TF2, I used to play it like an hour a day until the patches started flowing in, and gradually as people became obsessed with hats and new weapons I wasn't interested anymore. DoDs and CSS still keep it simple. I love my simplicity.

Why the fuck can't I have a game of 15 bots or more? mp_autoteambalance 0 and mp_limitteams 99 doesn't work. It won't let me have more than 4 bots.
To everyone raging about killcam, did you know that you can turn it off?

So any private servers without any pubdicks hosted by fellow FPers
