If things go as planned then this goal isn't too far off. The main thing that decides this right now is what citizenship requests get accepted. If the new batch of congressmen (Feb 25) accept my citizenship, then I can join a party and possibly run for president (Mar 5) if i can persuade the Party President. Otherwise we have to wait to you guys reach level 12 and become congressmen (Mar 25) and accept citizenship requests so I can run for President (April 5).
March 5 I don't know if jesseluver93 or I would have the support needed to win election but by April 5 I am almost certain we could do it.

Let me brief you on the state of affairs in Asia, since you seem eager to jump into the game. A lot of the current conflict descends from over a year ago when Romania's globe spanning empire was defeated by Indonesia, Iran, and Hungary. Those nations took the best parts for themselves, and left China and Russia with nothing. Eventually RL Russians noticed the game and created so many multis and bots they leveraged their way into power and convinced the Big 3 to sell them their land back. China was not so lucky, and lived off the scraps the now Big 4 left them.
During this time, the Big 4 (or PEACE as they were known) were involved in wiping out Canada, Spain, my beloved North Korea, and nearly the US. But those nations and others, called EDEN, fought back and pushed PEACE back to their original borders. Under the strain of defeat, the Big 5 (which now included Serbia, a nation of trolls and racists) shed their weaker allies to become Phoenix.
As President of Japan, I decided to assist EDEN in fighting for Chinese rights. I allowed the US access to Japanese land which they used to liberate many Chinese and Indian territories, resulting in the downfall of Indonesia and Iran as empires. But in the recent weeks, Serbia has made back some of those losses. Currently you will find bordering you: Japan, Russia, China with Hungary, Serbia, and North Korea (a Russian Puppet State) not far off.
Note that all of these nations have multiple MPP's and can call on the assistance of many nations around the world for defense. It would take tens of thousands of experienced players to defeat Russia. Maybe only a few thousand to defeat my Japan. But, if you work hard to make friends and connections, you can be a force in the world to be reckoned with. I would urge you to look to the current leaders of South Korea, as well as other nations such as the United States, Spain, Romania, and Japan to see how you can develop your group into part of the South Korean nation. Those nations have always stood by new players and welcomed them. Others such as Hungary and Russia will not look kindly upon you and will attempt to crush you. Thank you very much. Your info is very useful and will all be kept in mind. Currently our main platform isn't as much to expand South Korea as to Fix it. I have been playing well over a year and understand that taking on Russia would be foolish. I appriciate your help very much and look forward to working closely with you in the near future.

It's hardly a secret. Ranger Nietszche is from my group, which was based out of [url]http://www.fohguild.org/forums/[/url]. After North Korea was obliterated by Russia, we moved to Japan and integrated with the original citizens there, although it was very spotty. I hope you have more luck than we did, because it can be a major headache.
And no, we didn't hear it from there. Most nations have people assigned to scouring the new citizens registries, noting how many people join a country each day. Any deviation sets off warning bells, and it gets tracked down from there.

Also, the economic system will be switching to v2 soon so a lot of what you invest in now might change in the next few months.

This is a company owned by facepunch specifically to benefit new members. Now as a member of the mission it is your duty to work and train everyday. With the money earned from working buy food to support your citizen. Continue doing this everyday. Until you reach level 5 there isn't much else you can do to speed up the leveling process. Though you should read the newspaper articles everyday to know what is going on in the eSouth Korea. You can later start your own newspaper to spread your views on current events but this costs 2 gold. You should also add as many FPers to your friends list including Monkey111 and Abdul'Allah Kazim Zyrgazi. They are two of the major leaders of this operation and adding them allows you to quickly see what they "shout" in-game. It is a good, quick, useful method of spreading information. Also you should join [URL]http://esouthkorea.freeforums.org/index.php[/URL] this is where the Koreans will hold all debates and discussions and it is important you follow them.
Once you reach level 5 you can fight in wars. Everytime you fight you gain 2 XP so its good to fight everyday that there is an available war. But you also lose 10 wellness every time you fight. But because if you followed directions you should live in Gyeonggi-do, which means you have a Q5 hospital in your region. This mean every day that you fight at least once you can use the hospital and regain 50 wellness. So that means you can fight up to 5 times a day without loosing any wellness but gaining 10XP.
Once you reach level 6 you can vote. Depending on what time of month it is when you reach this point, you may want to move to support congressmen but we will let you know when you get there. At this point you will also gain 5 gold. And if you joined through the referrer link, Facepunch will earn an additional 5 gold as well.
Level 7 is where you are now able to join a party. By the time this happens we should have a party ready for you to join. We will update this section when more info is released.
The next major place crucial to the cause is level 12. This is when you can run for congress. Now you can propose and vote for laws needed to put eSouth Korea on the right track. You are also able to approve 1 citizenship request.
Our overall goal here in eSouth Korea is to fix a broken country. It is currently in a poor economic state and is pretty weak while being surrounded and bullied by neighboring countries. We are here to reverse this to the best of our ability.

Yea it just started last month and will run monthly. It costs 0.5 gold to participate (to cover prize money) and you can train for your sport and stuff. Looks pretty cool.

So far what I've gotten from this thread. SK is stuck between two very large warring alliances. It's practically defenseless and FP is pretty much it's only chance of survival... Sounds fun
The important is that we are getting a presence in South Korea and that we continue to grow in size, as for the warring alliances we can keep an eye on that. What's really important right now is to build up and then get some say in that country.
Also I have updated the OP monkey11 so it's done.
We need to get some ads going, you know, let people know that we are here to make SK rival the greatness of Spain. I reckon we should have an invasion plan.
