Yeah, I've just got my wellness past 40 and the war has finished. Hopefully another Ally can have a war soon so I can get a medal and increase my experience points.
We should ally with one of the big countries that's always fighting like Turkey or Hungary. The Turks will never stop fighting the Greeks and Hungary seems to be fighting all the time so we'd get plenty of wars to level up in.
My wellness just dropped below 40.
I'm never on when there are wars.

This is unfortunate but it makes sense. Everybody took advantage of this when they had low wellness.
Ah godammit! I'm going to reach level 5 tomorrow and now they remember to let level 3's fight -_-. Also just as I was about to be able to use a hospital to get 90 wellness, BAM, no can do -_-. When is this update going to take effect?

Not 100% sure as to when. If it hasn't already started then it will soon, so if your gonna take advantage of a hospital I suggest you do it soon.
It did start I think. I guess I'm going to start a new citizen now since it'll be a lot easier, I'll get to level 3 right away (for the first few days I didn't know how to train) and then start fighting in wars, also I'll start in eSK so I won't have to apply for a citizenship.
Edit: are there any spots available for a job at the IGC? Didn't find it.
Edit2: Ah forget it... my new citizen also has 50 wellness which means he'll be just as capable as my original citizen.
They better not introduce the new hospital rule this week before I can use it to boost myself up.
Maybe the new rule will only affect citizens 'born' after it's introduced?

If Monkey11 or Abdul'Allah can sort out a temporary alliance with a warring country I think it would be extremely beneficial to all the lower ranked players.

Well we wouldn't really want a huge alliance with a world super power just yet because I think that would just paint a huge target on our heads but War Games are definately something to look into. Only problem is that they are very expensive. I've heard rumors of there being upcoming training wars between us and Japan but don't quote me on that because I'm not sure.

Ok and never ever make a second account. I've seen a presidential canidate get banned because of an account that he made really early on and then left innactive. Then he got banned for multis even though he didn't use the other account. The mods regulate this very well so the moral of the story is never make more than one account.
One thing that is important about alliances: Just because you are allied with a country does NOT mean you get to fight in their wars!
Alliances work like this: If you are allied with a country and they get attacked ON AN ORIGINAL REGION (i.e. the RL region) then you get to fight. If you are allied with a country and they attack someone else, you do NOT get to fight, unless they were attacked in an original region first. If you are allied with a country and they are re-taking their own territory, you still do NOT get to fight.
So Hungary would not get us any wars, because someone would have to attack hungary FIRST, before we would get to fight.
Turkey would, if the Greeks attack them again. But if the Turks continue on the offensive and invade Greece, we would NOT get any fights.
