I'm not an expert on the house industry but yes, I think this could work well. I don't know if it would make much of a profit but it would help everyone overall.

The company is up, I bought the Q1 housing company that was for sale, it has some stock and cash on hand to get started, I put up some more job offers on the market, the company name is Freedom Powered Housing.

Anyway, Hypern might be a troll, but he might also have a noticeable foothold of a kind. The best thing to do with him is well... send him off. He would of some help outside of SK, perhaps giving us certain resources to aid in the expansion. He might be dangerous, but the farther he is, the more beneficial he is to us.

I see no way at this time that he could help us. He is not to be trusted and is awful at communicating. Unless he is wanting to move far, far away and sell us cheap resources (something I'm not even real comfortable with him doing) then I would like to have little to no interaction with him.

Ok well I see we have a slight difference in opinion, nothing major though. And I suppose we can't let views like that create conflict and interfere with getting things done in eSK.
Problem is he flat out told SA that he wanted to manipulate us to swing him an other goons votes and to grant more goons citizenship. So he was being very decietful and if the eSK administration hadn't warned me, he probably would have changed a few votes . A lot of new players listen to whoever they can and if the first thing they see in here is something in his favor, they're gonna do it. He also wanted to make a bunch of multis to swing votes and fight battles. This is outwrite cheating, something that I don't condone and would like to have no association with. That is also why I have trouble with the goons he was planning to support. They often cheat to get what they want and what they want is usually to PTO a country and destroy it. I would like to keep them out of eSK for my personal beliefs and also the eSK Administration also has had a rough history with goons.
I hoped that helped explain it to you. I'm not the only one who thinks this way as you have probably noticed, and most others are less polite about it than I am. Though they don't have to deal with 2+ daily messages telling me a bunch of ridiculous claims. Todays was particularly hilarious I must say. I was acctually laughing at what he was telling me.

Try to find a job that pays at least 2 KRW so that you can buy Q2 food and at least keep your wellness stable (if you're at a Q1 job and doing training each day). Then ask your company manager to gift you, it's favourable in the long term for him as he gets more productivity out of you.
