Well, I have around 30 wellness and no money for good food. Well, around 8 dollars. I can't use the hospital because I didn't fight, and I can't fight because I have under 30 wellness. I also lose one wellness a day.

gufu, you lose 1 wellness per each level of Q your company has (the company you work at).
So, if you work at a Q4 company you lose 4 wellness that day.
The Q of food also determines how much will it raise per day, I think by the same way (Q1 raises 1 wellness and so on). So, if you want to get your wellness up so you can fight and then use the hospital to quickly get up to 100 wellness, I'd suggest not training for few days, then you need to weight your salary against the Q of the company you work at, let's say Q1 food costs 1 dollar and Q2 costs 2 dollars and so on, so working at a Q2 company earning 3 dollars per day is much better than working at a Q5 company earning 4 dollars per day, since even though you're earning more, you're losing more wellness too and that's a big cost. Also, if you've reached level 6 you should have gotten 5 gold which can be converted to quite a lot of your currency, for example 1 gold is worth around 60 KRW. With that you can buy some high-quality food and in a few days you'll have enough wellness to fight.
That is all if you can only work alone, of course, if there are people helping you they can lend you some money or something and you'll do it much faster.

Well we will try to run as many congressmen as possible. That's usually how politics work. Two candidates per region is always best. Presidential elections are still unsure. Parties never really know for sure their presidential plans until it gets pretty close. A lot of things change between now and the 5th.

Lol I remember getting those ads all the time when living in Germany. Back before ads that bar used to be in that spot. We were nervous that the French would freak out or that people really thought we were gonna try and take Alsace-Lorrain lol. If I remember correctly the alliances were already starting to look very much like Triple Alliance and Triple Entente of WWI.
I'll be moving back 'home' to Chungcheongnam-Do to stand for Congress. I had to move to the capital in order to use the hospital there. I might run on a 'we want a hospital too!' ticket and see if that gets me a few votes.

It's practically a separate 'game' in eRepublik; buy guns to go up ranks so you do more damage. Doing more damage raises your rank faster ... in the military.
I sometimes buy guns when I'm close to going up a rank in the military because there's a gold bonus involved but other than that it's a waste of money.
And! To answer a question asked a couple of pages back; if you aren't a citizen of a country you can still fight, work, heal, and buy products on the market. Citizenship is an entirely political thing. I've been in eSK for over a month and am still not a citizen. I was at one point one of the top ten ranked people in the country but then came an influx of high-level players and now I'm 39. I have a sense that facepunch isn't the only group that's come in so the elections coming up should be really interesting if the other parties show their cards.
Oh, elections ... you can run more than two people per region in some regions and I strongly suggest you do. Some people got in last month because there was literally nobody running against them. Yeah, zero votes. If you want I can break it down for you; with my help you could probably take 75% to 90% of the seats in congress.
