Well congress elections are on the 25th every month. They had only 14 members then. Since then PIMP has gotten a bunch of new members from us trying to take over the party. The current number is like 3x what it was around 15 days ago on congressional election day.Not to mention those original members were all goons and not supported by anybody outside of PIMP. Like, a q1 job: work once, -1w, +1exp. Work twice -2w +1exp etc...
My mom has 3 jobs in 3 different schools. Teaches Biology and Technology.

You need to catch up on the recent erepublik insiders :P They have all been about V2 ( erepubliks new huge update) lately.
But you will be able to work and train more a day. The game is working on a clock system. You can set your hours to dedicate to working, training, studying etc. This will increase your skills (training 4 hours will increase strength more than 1 hour of training) and it can effect pay (you get paid by the hour in V2) and it will also affect a new module called happiness. I have no idea how this affect your XP because It's still a little unclear how everything will work but you should read the articles for yourself. A TON of things will be changing when V2 arrives.
We should lower the Taxes on food, 10% is abit too much for the new players that wants to get to lvl to 5 fast with q5 food its more productive to the factroys that the low lvl players got higher wellness means higher production.
Anyone agrees?

Well the thing is food prices are pretty low right now. So 10% is pretty inconsequential.
Yea the food economy has been experiencing huge fluctuations lately due to extreme competition. Mostly torward the extremely cheap end of the spectrum. This shift has affected the wages paid out by jobs, once again to the lower end, to compensate for the very sudden decrease in profits. Most of the eSK economics experts speculate that the ratio between food cost and wages should shift back to normal pretty soon. That is what I have heard because someone else had a similar proposal. They had a pretty good explanation why but I couldn't explain it well off the top of my head.
Besides most low level players that you want to help are in jobs that only pay out enough money to buy Q1 or Q2 food. By average prices of those, the tax is only a few tenths of a KRW which isn't much. We acctully have a decent cost of living compared to say, Thailand. I've heard that entry level jobs there don't even cover Q1 food.
10% is perfectly fine for any country, and with priced the way they are now, lowering it wouldn't do hardly anything. Q5 food is even surprisingly cheap in South Korea.

ItsMozy, that's because about 90% of the congress has given out it's citizenship passes already, you should wait for next month and then try again, remember to post in the forums too because that will increase your chances.

First of all you need to fight in a war first, and you need 40 wellness for that. Once you do, there is an option to return to the battlefield, on that page there should be a link to a hospital. I'm sure some people could gift you Q5 food to get you up to 40 wellness.
