Check last months election results and go stand in a rgion that took only one vote to win. then if you vote for yourswelf you should get it and if you can get a friend to vote for you too then you should be sure of a seat.
We really need to get more in congress this term to grant citizenship to more friends and have more influence in votes.

I'm having the same problems. can't get activated at all. I PMd Peter in game and asked if he could manually activate my account but he says there is no record at all in the admin screen of my account?

I think the email verification was always slow, the first time I registered (before the deletion of the forums) it took ages. This is kind of taking the piss, either scrap email verification or fix it :/
I got my activation and masked within two minutes of signing up. But that was when smily first revived the forum.
Peter suggested I make another account and see if that one shows up for activation.

I have an ntlworld.com email address. Managed to register on the forums last time and never had problems with receiving email before.

Monkey has Athasnim put that open letter up yet for your appeal against the ban? Its getting to be a long time since the ban.
I offered to put one up for you ages ago, you really need to get it done otherwise Admin will have just moved on to more current things.
