Well it used to be The DooD, but me and a bunch of friends from my school created a clan called Atomic Mexicans, and we thought it would be a good idea if everyone had a slighty Mexican looking name. So it's now El Burrito.

My steam name is AntonJ3000.
Back in 3rd grade or something like that, a friend told me to register on blip.se, a swedish online-game site.
He told me his username, which I heard as "Andreas3000", and back then everyone called me Anton J.
So I registered as AntonJ3000 and the name stuck.

Intifical - Found this spoonerism somewhere, started out as Intifical Artelligence and now I've shortened it to just Intifical.
Tomyop- While choosing a name for Runescape I recalled a moment in GTA Vice city were I was arrested and someone says something along the lines of:

And I named my Steam account after Mr.Vesety =')

Polaris57- I had an old dog named Polaris. He was pretty goddamn badass. Oh yeah, 57 because it's a cool number.
chaemoir (purposely lower case) - I really don't know, I was pretty young and it just seemed like a pretty awesome name at the time.
