Baring in mind Seduce and fear share DR and the druid can just shift before banish hits.

Well, that's it then, wont play WoW anymore, a hacker got into my acc and sold all my gear, talked to a GM and he locked my account temporary so I could respond to some mail he would send me, never got that mail so I submitted a ticket on battle.net on it, that was 3 days ago... No respond yet and now my gametime is out, and no, the blizzard emails are not on my spam list.

Mostly takes around 1-3 weeks before they respond to such a case. Relax. Lots of people get hacked every day and Blizzard can hardly keep up.
