Anyway, I got a question.
My warlock is under hit cap with [Abyssal Rune] from Reg ToC, but it buffs my SP a lot with the [Sundial of the Exiled], once they both proc I can get up to 3.8kish spell power.
Now with [Elemental Focus Stone] I am hit capped, but I do somewhat lower DPS. I've tested it out on the raid dummies.
I get around the same DPS. I'm spec'ed 3/14/54. With hit cap, I plan on respeccing to 0/13/55, but I don't know if that'll help my DPS situation here.

Hit is the most important stat. You need it capped.
Also, I have abyssal rune on my mage as well, I like it.
