Note that the Blizzard Downloader is hella slow. You can find the torrent that it uses in your /Cache/ folder. This is in your Documents/Blizzard Entertainment/World of Warcraft or your actual game folder. Use it with uTorrent or something and it's way faster.

Took me 5 with uTorrent and the blizzard torrent. Remember that this is not 3.3 full, just a part of the patch.

Infuse Shadow's Edge with Blood from one of Lana'thel's abilities
Eat three frost breaths from Sindragosa with Shadow's Edge
Gather 60 Shadowfrost Shards (presumably boss only or rare trash mob drops)
Kill 1000 (yes, 1000) servants of the Lich King on 10 or 25 player mode (rest is 25 only)
Kill the Lich King.
