Managed to convince 5 friends to play this again. Now to group them together and have an orgy with some rotten corpses.
Does anyone actually still play this? Surprisingly, I only find out about it yesterday and I'm having a damn good time playing it, solo or with friends.
1.05 looks really good as well.

Make sure to vote for it so it gets on steam.
Add me on steam if you want to play with mic. I'm relatively new but I can hold my own, I guess.
Wow, this mod is fucking awesome. The zeds could stand to be a bit less grabby though.

I barely ever manage to get close enough to one for it to grab me. Even in maps like Chinatown when I decide to fuck everything and run around.
NMRiH is actually pretty easy, just evade the zombies while stocking up on high power weapons for the final showdown and you can complete all the maps by yourself (excluding the survival mode).

I find it easier alone, mainly because my weaponry isn't limited due to someone else. Not to mention I always feel the need to make sure my partners are in decent shape as well as myself, which usually leads to me encountering dangerous situations.
On Broadway some of my less experienced friends usually follow me out the door but end up getting raped by a horde. Every time this happens I sprint back to where they are and try to fight them off no matter what damage I take myself. Rather dramatic now that I think of it, but hey, it's fun. :v:
its easier if you bind shove to right click

I'm used to right click for ironsights so I decided to bind shove to middle click, easy to get to quickly.

I'm sorry for frequent posting, I'm just loving this mod. :v:

Glad you enjoy it!
Wow, some people are complete assholes. They're down-voting NMRIH on Greenlight just because of the title.

I usually spend 2 hours every day rating games on Greenlight and I don't just spend 10 seconds on a page and down vote it because I see 1 bad picture.
Anyway, anyone up for a game?

By the way, so far so good.

We're right behind Project Zomboid. I'll be surprised if this doesn't get on Steam.

I'm guessing these kiddies have never seen the original Dawn of The Dead. Also, is Greenlight the way Source mods get their own Steam product page now?

I assume so.
I really hope this gets on steam, if it does, then i will definitely be getting it the moment it is. No excuses.
This happened during a game of Chinatown:

He looks so happy.
I can never take those zombies seriously. I usually end up laughing to the point of stitches and I get eaten.
is anyone up to play with me? downloading the new version as we speak, hit me on steam
can anybody else not download the update?

yay
This game is actually really fun. Then again I've only played for like a day (haven't seen any faults with the game if there is any).
Hmm I seem to have an issue no one else has. Whenever I play, the lighting seems to be extremely dim. Like way dimmer than it should be. My flashlight barely illuminates dark rooms (and by barely I mean I can barely see where the fuck I'm going). Lighting in general seems to be fucked up. Not sure if it's because of my hardware (using a standard laptop here, nothing really powerful about it but it can run most source on medium-high settings with a decent framerate). Not sure why the lighting seems to be a lot darker than it should be judging from screenshots/videos I've seen.
