You can't change it in-game. With Fraps set the video recorder fps to 48 and apply no-sync and disable audio.

Been trying for a while to get most inside the area, that top bit always lands outside.
Just go crazy on the bottom so it falls straight down.

There's a certain way to break it. I did have a better one than that but instead of taking a pic. I accidentally reset it :( the whole building fell straight down. The top part is a bitch to control that's for sure.
