You should post the solution here, as he is not the only one with such a problem.

Basically it's just missing the program path in the "Run Under" (or so) attribute of the shortcut. That's why it works when you start it directly from the installation directory. To fix this just make a new shortcut via right clicking the detonate-somethin.exe

Also, thanks for the really quick support even though i ended up fixing it myself :v:

Hi,

I believe, after some help from Tu154M, that I have missed a setting in the installer that means the start menu shortcut doesn't work properly in some cases.

I will be updating the downloads tonight to fix this.

In the meantime if you run the program from the folder you installed it to, or through the desktop shortcut (if you opted for one) that should work fine.

It's compatible with x64 Win 7, so it should be compatible with 64 bit Vista too.

You get the download link right on the website after you finish your payment. At least that's how it worked for me with PayPal.

Ok I know the problem I believe.

I set up a webpage thinking you would be directed there when the transaction was complete, however you are directed there if the transaction DIDN'T complete.

So the 'Thank-You' message was an error - and it has now been fixed.

I've checked and no money has come from yourself, please let me know if you have another problem, and thank-you for alerting me to this error.

I do agree on going with another system. They send you through so many pointless pages that paypal sums up in a page or 2. Plus they love their you can only download this for one month. Oh by the way, we dont have customer service so dont try to contact us. Digital River is just a massive fail.
