Yeh I am really disappointed in that system, one of the worst of it's kind. I have lost my £5 and got no link/code or anything. The guy is kindly looking into it though, but I think that stupid site lost my money! I just want to be able to play this game.

I am talking about the dev, I know DR are rubbish. But aslong as I get a link to download the game I am happy, get what I paid for.
I think DR sometimes 'misplaces' money just to get more cash inflow into their stupid system. Might have to file a fraud claim on this with my CC company soon if I can't get it sorted out in the next hour or so.

Might just want to start it now. The dev isnt going to find anything, and DR is just going to say it isnt in our system now go away :downs:
Any idea when the Dev will get another method of pay.. If he ever does, I really want this game but dont fancy using that shitty payment system

Buy one of those prepaid credit cards, I know for sure with the american express ones you can call and have a name/address put on it so you can use it online.

I use an AMD Athlon 4400+ (dual core). Rest of specs are just fine too. Used to run the older Kaboom demo without any problems.

My ISP is now back. Three years of no down time, and they pick the night I decide to release my game to fail. Timing.
Anyway...
@Orkel : Sorry to hear that. About the only thing which I can think of is the water I put in. Have you tried running the game with the reflections option turned off in the opening options window ?
Also, do you have any other apps. running in the background ?

Yeah, I run it with water reflections off, 800x600 resolution and hardly any debris. When placing explosives and using the right-click menu, the mouse cursor is always lagging. But it's most noticeable after destroying the building where it takes over a second for my movement to be registered on-screen (moving mouse, pressing wasd etc). The FPS is smooth though, the only problem is the mouse lag.
Mark, if you get a decent distributor and keep developing Detonate, this might become quite a best seller. Especially for the current price. People won't even bother finding illegal copies this way (At least i hope so.)
Also, some things i thought of while playing the game. I guess these aren't new suggestions to you though.
-Enable player to actually walk around in buildings and stuff
-Ability to place cameras in a building for multiple angles when viewing a
-Replay
-Maybe add more tools to destroy stuff: Crane, Hammer, Huge ...things...falling from the sky or so
Fixed the mouse lag problem and bought the full game.
I feel bad for asking this, but is there a chance to get the game gifted to me by somebody? I know this is really naíve to ask, but as I said, I have no credit card and I won't have one for an year. I just feel like shit, because I've been following the progress of this game ever since the release and now that it's released, I can't play it. It's fucked up. I feel like a begger.

I changed my monitor from 32bit to 16bit. In the "Settings" panel after right clicking desktop (in Win XP).
If I have any leftover cash from buying hidden and dangerous 2 Sabre squadron (that is so fucking high priced yet I want it) I might get this.
