If you already have 45 than theres a very good chance you have a main somewhere in there.
Honestly, a main is just a champion you love to play enough that you get good at him/her. Pick those of the 45 that fit those credentials, and bam

we were supposed to lose with our mid gone and both nexus towers gone, but when inhib came up, we rushed baron, got it, won a teamfight, and pushed 4 towers including nexus towers, teemo tried to bd our nexus but forgot our inhib was up so he spent 10 seconds walking around our nexus, while we engaged enemy blitz and nasus at their nexus, killing me and 1 other person but eventually killing nexus and us winning.

Me neither, but I still consider Kayle, Ashe and Rammus to be my mains. If you don't find any of your champions exceptionally more fun to play there is a good chance you are just one of those players who doesn't ever develop mains, or you are really bad at window shopping for champs you may like.
Aydin, a main is not something you pick. It just happens.
It's the champ you find yourself playing a lot just because
For me it's alistar and maybe a bit of Zilean and Shen lately
