Well seeing as how I only had an RoA with 1 stack, a Blasting Wand and an NLR I didn't really get to play late late game Karma
Her Q is kind of like Morde's E, but she's so squishy that going that close isn't a good idea most of the time
Once Swain hits 6 he can go as close as he wants, but Karma and Cass have range problems against other casters/ranged DPS

i got alot of my kills in the beginning with a pantheon against nunu and karma at top lane.
karma was stupid the first few times but then started to hide behind the creeps.
then nunu thought he would be super awesome and shoot ice at me while attacking the tower, i pulled him behind it, punched him and he was history.

Blitz is a natural offtank. Frozen Mallet is pretty poor on DPS Blitz considering Trinity Force offers hugely more benefits and THE SLOW DOESN'T STACK. Banshee's Veil is amazing on him, providing him bigger shield, more health, magic resist and a spell block. Manamune early is good as well, excellent scaling with his shield. Brutalizer for CDR and as I said, Frozen Heart - mana, armour, cdr, debuff aura. Leave Randuin's to the dedicated tanks and Frozen Mallet to the squishy DPS champs who need it.
Finish up with Infinity Edge.
You shouldn't need the slow anyway, if they're running from you, you're doing it wrong.

It's pretty sketchy but hear me out.
First you get your Warmogs, and then you get 3 zeals. Pretty odd right, but it lets you stay in fights and you get to use your woosh beam to make loads of people go faster.
