I'm going 9/21/0 with strength of spirit, flash and teleport. sometimes I've been wishing for a cleanse instead of TP, because stuns are the only thing that can kill you, but your early game is weak and if both you and the enemy are harrassing agressively, you will run out of pots/mana eventually, so I love the TP for an early buy and regen without missing much exp.
start with mana crystal +2 hp pots
build into catalyst ASAP to help you stay in lane
boots (still undecided if cdr or spell pen?)
build a tear into archangels
large rod into deathcap
lategame, when you've got your mileage out of your catalyst, turn your catalyst into a banshees
haven't gotten much further than that. wanted to experiment with a lichbane but never got around to it.
abyssal scepter and hourglass are options too I guess.
skillwise I go QEQEQR or QEQEER and then R>E>Q>W with the first rank of W after laning phase or between levels 10 and 12. you don't need it much sooner than that, I'd rather have better harass with Q or better farm with E.[/QUOTE]
Build seems P cool, only get pen boots if they get MR (buying sorc boots while none of the enemy team has survivability is fail)
Merc treads are a better option than cleanse since your R will be up.
Try getting Q W E as your skills for levels 1 2 3 since the W passive will help you stay in lane and harrass

How is Rageblade bad on Kayle? Even if her passive isn't all that great it's still the best first item you can get on her.
I love playing AS/AP hybrid Teemo, one of the only useful variants.
Basically go Rylais first off (slow on poison, blind and shrooms is a game changer), then go for Madreds bloodrazor (insane damage proc from maxed poison per hit and bloodrazor), then Nashors tooth (nice CD and AS/AP), Deathcap and finally Void Staff.

I've found this sort of teemo to be successful but he can't really carry like this
