Shaco is OP. The next patch (not the one going out this week, but the next one) is nerfing him. He has several bugs that allow him to solo nashor at 19 minutes, and other neutrals way too easily. I'm happy with the delay then, especially the PvP.net update, meaning we will get something new soon, most likely. Heck, more stability / less ram usage and I'm happy with that.

It looks like their still iffy with the patch date. An about a hour after Guinsoo posted that, Phreak said the Patch may be released tonight. So basically, if the patch isn't out by tonight it's coming tomorrow.
