Doran's Sheild, Ninja Tabi, Sunfire Cape, Rylai's if anything he has scales off AP(which I'm sure it will he's a fucking arcane tree), along with an Hourglass, and thornmail probably. Theoretical build- done.

One of the times he was on my team was awesome, After a team fight 3 people escaped and he was chasing 'em, throwing them back to where we were when he caught up.

Masteries are debatable but always go 21 points in to defense. If I could get move speed quints I would definitely use them. Please don't use AA staff, your passive is a great thing but it isn't something you should rely on for survivability. Also, hope that the enemy team doesn't have nunu or lots of CC.
