yeah 0.5 isn't likely to give you a good ping while playing if you stream you should probably still just try and test it out

I don't think you can stream decent quality with that. I believe some ISPs allow you to allocate some of your download bandwidth to upload, phone them up and ask since you seem to have very good download speeds.

It seems to me like only the opponents are better in ranked compared to normal.

Earlygame my shen buddy helped me net a double kill. The kennen and GP just danced around in the Spirit Fire I put under their tower till it ticked away their HP. Yi's to RNG reliant to be a good jungler. Plus no hard CC or slow besides lizard, which isn't particularly amazing.

Yes, you'll rape, but you won't have time to do it. What I find works well: CDR Boots Sunfire Cape Frozen Mallet Youmuu's Ghostblade Randuin's Omen Madred's Bloodrazor. Trinity Force could also be good for him.

Also, i now know what you guys were talking about yesterday. My apologies. Caitlyn's ult is truly useless. As blitz, i was at ~25% hp late game and the enemy caitlyn locked on me, so i was like "oh shit oh shit, i'm gonna die" then her ult hit me and did like 60dmg, trolololol.
