They tend to either work only with fellow Russians or be hostile towards everyone, their team or not.
It saddens me couse I am Russian myself. Through thorough use of English I am able to hide that fact, though it's still hurtful when people keep calling people "Russian" just because they are not playing well. I've been to numbers of matches where "Russians" were practically third team, neglected by teammates, laughted at and insulted by opponents.
You cannot even really try and fix this image since any little mistake builds up the animosity and successes are left unnoticed, thus only valid way left is either staying shut or keeping with your own kind.
What's even worse, it seems to refer to other Slavic nations aswell, Ukraine, Poland, heck, even Czech.
Funny game. The only winning move is not to play.

Autoattaking minions in LoL isn't as serious of a crime as it is in DotA or HoN because you can't deny.
Vlad having that kind of score is inexcusable though.

I would go like 4/0 during the laning phase but once the teamfights and ganks start I end up dying because of my crap team

You can still get kills. I don't think I've ever gone negative as Vlad even if my team was terrible.

Being bad is one thing, but if you suck ass and don't listen to any teammate advice and flame them in return, you should get banned. Like it or not you ruined 4 other people's games. If trist is obviously dying because she keeps rocket jumping into singed and we tell her not to but she keeps doing it, she should be banned.

Yes. Some AP is good on him but if you want to get in range of Pulverize, you'll need flash and ult most of the time. Building tanky you can walk in to them and use your moves because you can survive the damage you'll be taking, but pure AP ali will die before he gets there unless he has flash and ultimate up.
So what's wrong with this, you might ask? well, if you build full AP you will only be useful for one combo every 240 seconds when flash is up. You're right to get some AP on him, but you should at least have Sheen, Aegis, and Shroud on him first.

Heal is crazy good in laning phase where it counts, even with 0 AP.

It's got a .4 AP ratio, .2 for the AoE portion. You'll need a lot of AP to make a difference.

Well, for one thing don't be ashamed of giving her a newbish mana treatment (hell, I've been playing her since june and I still run clarity/tele with a mana pot, but its grown into a scheduled regiment rather than a crutch, tho)
Secondly don't assume your ult will save people in teamfights. It was a sad reality I had to face when they first nerfed her ult duration. Just ult whoever is taking the most damage (on a good game as Kayle I have the most damage taken) On a godly game you actually are saving people. This is hands down what seperates good Kayles from bad ones
Thirdly Always ult+heal. If they really want to bail it help a lot, and give them that bit of health they'll need once the ult wears off (And if you pick up a bit of AP the heal actually saves people instead of being instad of just being 12% MS boost)
Fourth, Kayle is secondary to everyone on your team. Your job is to fill in for the gaps. When you need some more DPS, chasing, escaping, tanking and supporting you step in. As a Kayle I find that I have to run up and down the map to support my team in every sense of the word.
And honestly Kayle is just like that. I'll have games where Im staring at the screen thinking that my team probably would of won that without me, even tho I know full and well I was a driving factor in my fair share of succesful teamfights/pushes etc.
