Whole enemy team was bot, I ordered everyone to the bush near dragon. The best support champions are sona and janna.
I'd say pick one champion in your early levels so you master him when you're higher level, use him to win a lot of matches and gaining enough IP for runes. Buy the most common runes first and try out new champions.
Armor/Magic Penetration Reds
Mana regeneration per 5 (the ones that get better when you level) / Dodge(EXPENSIVE) Yellows
Cooldown (the flat ones) /Mana regeneration per 5 (the ones that get better when you level) Blues
Armor Penetration/Health (EXPENSIVE) Quintencesses
If you have mana problems I always suggest getting those runes first, since most champions are useless without mana, Utlity is also a great skilltree to fill for most champions.

Singed is much,much,much harder than Yi.
If you're interested in casters buy Annie.

I hate Annie and Tristana. They look so fucking smug I want to punch them over and over.
Granted I hate their faces, I'm not interested in Annie, thanks for the recommendation though! I'll stick with Master Yi as my main and farm IP.

Annie requires you to level as fast as possible since items do affect her as much as on other champions. You also need need to keep an eye on the passive skill of Annie (the stun) because it's what makes her shine.

It really makes Master Yi kick ass. I don't use smite but exhaust instead but I do jungle at start.
The most important thing is to get blue buff if you want to stay in the lanes/jungles for long to farm more gold and the red buff if you want to gank. It's very important to get these buffs whenever possible. And always place your ward from Wriggle's Lantern at dragon and get dragon whenever possible too.
When facing a teamfight, always jump in the fight as last so no one is targeting you, try not to show up until the enemy is distracted and you can exit the fight with a double or triple kill. Remember that all your skills refresh when you've killed someone with Highlander on, make use of it.
