imo ezreal is one of the most fun champs in the game, but mastering all those skillshots might be difficult but once you learn it will be really rewarding.

Ez has fallen out of favour in high elo because he's pretty easy to counter.
As for picking him up? Well they call him Ez for a reason.
If you hit skill shots, whore the buffs. You should be able to carry even a pretty miserable team.
Assuming you don't get raped mid. Oh yeah, you sort of have to mid him. Playing him as a ranged dps/burst is a no go.

Sivir is 3x the champion soraka will ever be. Also in elo hell where people can't dodge skill shots. Stack AD and boomerang them to death.
A nunu is good too.
Other good supports: Janna, Taric.
Janna has a decent skillshot (not good to learn skillshots in general with), a slow, a shield, a slightly above average ulti.
Taric uses a god damn diamond hammer as his weapon. (Ap scales nicely and a sweet stun)
best rammus build:
start with cloth and 5 health, jungle if you want
1st trip back buy boots and HoG
aegis
sunfire cape
negatron cloak usually
and then branch out depending on on heavy DPS or heavy magic -> thornmail/banshees. later you can get both.
max taunt first
rammus best tank

Cho is a fucking awful character and having him on your team is a hindrance.
I can't see page 38, but I do know that Cho is not awful, he's one fucking tanky bitch.
Problems: If you build cho wrong the other team will ignore you, kill your whole team while you sit there with 200 armor, 200 mr and 4000000000 hp watching your team die.

I haven't played Shen yet.
As far as tanks go, Shen has really low damage output. But to me nothing beats saving a life, taunting the bitches who tried to kill my buddy, and have the buddy get out or turn the fight around and kill them.
Not long ago I had the most damage dealt as Shen.

Not really, your build looks like you randomly picked items.
Read the part about the lag. It was impossible to cast spells on anyone so I had to rely on autoattacks and survivability
And that was for everyone so that's why I got kills
