Today I played with a Rammus that rushed Thornmail (which means he had almost no health) and after that he got a Last Whisper.

What the fuck man. Plus the opposite team was magic damage intensive.
So far I've played Malphite pure tank, and it's working well. Doran's Shield, Mercury Boots, Sunfire Cape, Warmog, FoN/Thornmail, Thornmail/FoN, Randuin. Rarely does the game last long enough for me to get Randuin.

Rushing thornmail isn't entirely idiotic, it does wonders if you need some help against an AD in-lane(Jungle Ram doesn't really need thronmail like that tho), but you still need health ASAP and play smart

And the Last Whisper is just wierd... I can get the tank getting something like EC if the AD carries aren't and such and its really needed, but thats just wierd

Hurr I got more HP, I am bester tank. Malphite is good but you don't out tank Rammus. Taunt every 12. Aoe knockup. 50% more survivability that adds damage return. Aoe fuck shit up button.

jungling as shen is not worth it, honestly imo it's better to sit in pool for 20 minutes rather than jungle shen.

I'm pretty sure it was nerfed last patch(something about MR increase on some minions, so Shen's Ki and Vorpral don't do as much)

You can buy the good runes at level 20. I would definitely do that if you haven't already.
