Warmogs can be good on tanks and offtanks, but there are better items they could be getting in my opinion.

RoA into other ap stuff
CDR is legit.
Three second flash gives me a boner.

Warmogs would be good on Sivir but she has better options. Sivir is just better off with bloodthirster, boots, last whisper, and banshee veil.

I don't like avarice blades because they are the least cost effective 5 gold per second item. Also, why would you get merc treads when you have fruit, you shouldn't be the one they are focusing because most people don't give a shit about that gangplank when they could kill a carry. It is hard to say what boots you should get though but I would go with CDR even though I fucking hate them.

I destroy with Kennen early game. You just have to know how to use his skills right. Put a point into W, auto attack a minion 4 times, auto attack enemy champion, W, run back, repeat. Use Q when they're out of range. I just dont know how to build him right yet. I rush hourglass, get normal boots, Giant's Belt, CDR boots, Rylay's Septer. After that the match ends.

Oh, didn't know E had a nice ratio. I just use it to go around the map and put marks on mobs/enemies lol I stop paying attention to how many auto attacks I have during team fights, I just try to add marks with Q/W/E. Starting mid game I just start acting like a Support stunner, which is pretty shitty if I dont have a good team. I can manage to get a bunch of kills during the lanning phase though. Plus it's fucking easy to lane against Eve.

Rush RoA before 15mins
Boots of swiftness
Sun fire cape
Force of nature
Another defensive item depending on the opposing team (usually frozen heart or abyssal scepter)
Deathcap if youre winning, another defensive item if you're losing.
Just activate your ult, pop ghost and run around the team fight with your gas.

Kass Q: Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 Mana
Magic Damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+0.7 per ability power)
Kass E: Magic Damage: 60 / 120 / 180 / 240 / 300 (+0.8 per ability power)
Speed Reduction: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 %
Lichbane? No. W just lets your auto attack do something. and gets you one spell closer to E.
Bloodthirster is a sick item, I roll with it when I play renekton. If caitlyn doesn't build it it's GG since there's only one way to play her.

I'd say that's solid, if you want to be an asshole in a pub game try YG on him. Complete joke build, but works well enough not to lose you the game. FoN would be the prefered first defensive item because of its MS boost, but thats dependant on the other team
(You can also completely swing from full AP to almost full tank after RoA swiftness, just depends on how much your team needs you to be durable)
And Cleanse is pretty essential to him, be sure to pick it up if you havn't
