I tend to do terrible in the laning phase as Singed, but always make up for it mid-late game.
He's so just so damn bad early game.
Either that or I'm bad at Singed (which I don't think I am..), or my teammates always make me end up going solo laning if we have a jungler, which makes us lose the tower I'm defending first.
For some reason I wanna try building SoTD and Yomuu on Alistar and just kill towers.

When you're soloing a lane with singed early game. Just let them push towards your tower, then kill the melee minions and let the mage and cannon minions live. When the enemy champ comes anywhere near you, just throw him back and with that set up he should fall behind your own minions which causes the tower to start attacking him. Getting the set up right can be kinda difficult but you should be able to pull it off after a few tries.

I think so yeah. I wasn't there for that but this doesn't really bother me. I kinda agree that it seems a little wrong to reward non-loyal players but at the same time boo hoo they got a free skin grow up

they better fix their servers first. Over the past few weeks the server has been lagging like dicks. Wasn't just me too. I've had a game where everyone said "holy shit did anyone just lag?"
and the regular LoL artwork just looks bad compared to the Chinese LoL artwork

I agree with the artwork but not the lag. I've never had issues with their servers (excluding their super special patch time when nothing works).
Pants not op? His heartseeker still is. I'm fine where he is now since it's not like he just walks all over a game (oh wait he sort of still does) but he's easily countered and maintained.
Played a game champ line-up was:
Rammus, Win-zhao, Sivir, Pants, Irrelevant (don't remember).
They never stood a chance.
Sure pants lost a bit of stun time but his burst damage is [b]unchanged[/b]. He still drops squishies like they're tzatziki smothered gyros. Fuck now I'm hungry. Pants strikes again.
