I used it on her pre-Innervating removal. It made her Power Chord much more viable in combination with her AD/AP buff.
I'm not sure I'd build it on her now, though, considering how mana-starved she is. Then again, I'd just play Taric anyway. I'm quite sure Soraka's upcoming buff is going to push Sona even further down the tier of support champs.

That was the worst game I've ever played in my life.
We had a ryze that kept calling solo lane when we didn't have a jungler, so out of nowhere Poppy decides she'll jungle.
Ryze ends up going 0 - 9.
I'm not kidding when I say that the only thing I heard that game where the following four phrases:
"An ally has been slain."
"Enemy DOUBLE KILL."
"Enemy TRIPLE KILL."
"You have slain an enemy."
those are the only things i heard that game.

Dorans blade only works if you have 2 points in brute force, giving her 10 attack damage.
Other than that your build looks p good. Normally I'd go for a rabadons deathcap as the last item
