Why is that bad? As soon as you pick up a Rylai's you can kill anyone. Lich Bane gas great synchronization with your hero. After that, just get more AP (Deathcap, etc.)
A rigid build isn't a bad thing.

Lux Vs Morganna:
Morganna is easier.
Comparisons:
Morg has better ap scaling.<- Point Morg
Passives: Morg is better for survivability, Lux is better for carrying.
Oh also. Lux's passive adds +190 magic damage to an auto attack on an illuminated target at level 18. <- Point lux
Snare:
Morg's ultimately does more damage to one target, lux does less (with worse scaling) but then does half damage to a second target which is also snared.
Double snare is SICK. <- Both are amazing. Morg does more burst. Lux is better to gank / disable.
Shield: Morg's is way way way better. Don't ever get lux's shield.
Slow versus Puddle:
Slow ap scales way better but puddle does better damage.
Slow is better for ganking though and setting up Lux's passive.
Ulti's
Fuck this. Comparing these two champs is stupid.
Lux? Almost global ulti (not quite). That triggers her passive. (yeah it gets +200 damage on illuminated champions, and it makes them illuminated again) DERP.
Morg? I win button. Zhonya's + This is still good to fuck up any team fight.
Morale of the story:
Lux carries better. Morg bursts better.
Both are OP as hell.
