How do the whole smurf accounts make sense? You get RP sure, but on 10 different accounts, all of which you need to level up? Kinda pointless if you ever want to go into ranked.

5-6 games per account is all you need. You can IP farm them too, so an hour and a half an account.

Manamune is decent, phage hmmmmhm thornmail was a good choice vs their team.
With panth you want flat out damage and armor pen. A youmuus will supply you with all the crit, cdr and AS you need as well as some AD.
My normal build with Pantheon:
Start with long sword and pot (mana/5 runes are a must otherwise be gimped with a meki pendant)
Long sword > brutalizer and situational boots.
Doing good? Rush a bf sword otherwise finish youmuus and buy a pickaxe.
BF sword
BF sword
Finish Bloodthirster
Finish Inf edge
If needed, stick survivability anywhere in there - I usually end up picking up a banshees or a QSS for CC heavy teams.
