Every time I play mid with Malz I'm doing better than with Kass,Annie,Tristana,Ashe etc.
Also,his ulti is a bitch.

I'm going to be completely honest and say that Caitlyn is almost OP mid. Her autoattacks (which have bonus damage because of the passive) outrange a lot of champ's abilities.

I don't really care too much either. I love rushing items way too much(works with tele, sucks w/o) so the only champions I use dorans on are Ashe and Nasus, and with Ashe I have dorans blade, which has lifesteal, and on Nasus I get Dorans shield, which gives more hp regen now and he has some nature lifesteal on him too.

Kastsekalla proceeded to 2/6/2 as win zhao (he did good laning but failed hard in team fighting)
Mine Fuhrer insta-locked renekton and started with a DOH-RAN'S BLADE. (fucking idiots, shield on renekton)

Sivir + Malz rounded out the team. Malz demanded bottom. I patted him on his head and sent him solo top. He did alright. The whole game the enemy team played at our turrets and we got some ok ganks.
Mostly renek died.

We started out ok laning... Malz got me good once with his ult (fucking impure rounds) but we had the advantage. Then something AMAZING HAPPENED.

My team fell to shit. Literally. Sivir + Win zhao took mid and then sivir wanted to switch and push.
MF ran around with her team ganking and got SUPER FED.

We initiated a 4v5 fight mid and we managed to kill vlad. With MF escaping with one bar.

But this is the new me. Did I rage? Hell no. I've started playing much more positively. We won that fight and we can turn this around and win it all. Old me would've raged so hard. Old me.

Anyways, we keep it up a bit but MF just keeps fucking us. They push up and snag a renekton kill fo' free and we're tower huggin' mid. Sivir poke wars is doing good shit and MF is at half health. When out of nowhere they grab malz with a vlad ulti + burst. Fuck. My. Life. Everyone runs in and dies but me and renek.

Then he rage quits saying how awful it is to play with me since I was pointing out things all game.
Xin, bot is ready for a gank. Xin help top. Xin hold mid. Guys we need to FF their MF she's 100% of their damage in fights, malz is only burst.

Long story short. Our team chased, and fed. Then the super scrub renekton says I'm bad for making our laning phase successful.

Being a good solo queue player is like being a good gambler in a casino. Overall the better ones will win more and shine through but no amount of skill can pull a win out of pure bad luck.

They listened to me, they played well. But they didn't understand when to commit. They lacked the awareness that 5hit and other pros talk about. They weren't mad at me they just didn't come together.

In the 4v5 I saw cho was top so I immediately told them to commit, gave them 5 seconds before I taunted MF and drops some deeps.

In the game I was nothing but nice, saying that Renek should get a shield for his next game since he's vulnerable to pokes but it's ok we'll just play defensively. Reminding him to attack minions that are life bonded to get HP...

I hate it when I see the vocally nice people, because it does nothing. "We can win this guys!" and "If we play smart we can _____" does jack shit. You have to do things in the game that make your teamates think doing so and so is safe, and doing so and so is not safe (aka, pulling of a push, a bd, and assasination, making them more and less afraid of what-the-hell ever)

But snapping at teamates is hurtful to the effort, and it takes at least 10 mins until they can actually have much faith in you again to be a teamate.

Edit: Look, all I know is this is the sort of stuff I do and I can't remember the last time I got a troll, an intentional feeder, an AFK/leave or a rager.
Sure, some people who played badly, but thats impossible to go long without.

I DO pull off a push etc etc but THEY DON'T EVEN REACT.

Since I'm starting page 70 you'll see I've bought a doran's shield (yeah phreak this is a FORUM PAGE SPOTLIGHT!)

I go with doran's shield since if you're laning you really need to just farm up xp while last hitting. Any melee champion really benefits from the survivability of DOH RAN'S SHILED.
BUY IT. FUCK THE BLADE. BLADE ONLY SHINES ON MF WHEN YOU STACK FOUR OF THEM, EVEN THEN YOU HAVE TO BE SOLO MID.

No, not really. That 'nerf' hardly changed anything because rammus balls to you with the speed of light, taunts + ults you. The duration of the stun wasn't the problem. The problem is his ridiculous speed and short cool down on his ult and his long ass taunt.
