They're redefining random lol.
If anything the real patch would be the new champ (either OP or UP), some extremely small, insignificant buffs to UP champs and some (lots) of nerfs
It's worth noting that the leaked patch notes accurately got the Renekhton skin names
the leaked notes may be outdated but they're almost definitely from the TR

It's called a duo jungle
that's the point; 3 solo lanes, can't be harassed as easily
though usually one(the more tankier one that can escape easier) goes to the enemy's jungle so they still get the same exp.

Sadly, this is most likely fake and is a much better patch than what Riot will probably pop out.

Eh, Personally I don't feel like rebuying runes considering the fact that I've pretty much almost finished my rune build, and it's different than yours. Personally I have no problems with my regular build. Although you've given me something to fall back on if I really need it though.
Magic Pen, Armor Pen, and Armor are great runes. Lots of champs use them.
They're worth the investment.
