I love this game and hate it at the same time. Right now, I'm in the Sarcophagus. It's my first play trough, vanilla. My armor is bust, I have no health kits, no anti radiation, I have full radiation, 50% health, two bandages and one tourist's delight. The room I am in has three enemy exosuits, the next room has two, god only knows what the third room hosts if there is one. My last save was in X10, from then I've been only using quick save. Two bullets from the exosuits will kill me. The only tactic that works is to run, run like fucking hell. That gets me trough the first room sometimes, then I get killed in the second room. I haven't played this game on the hardest difficulty yet, I will probably never. People say that Call of Duty is hard on expert, the haven't even seen the brutality of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

Stalker is one of those love hate games.

Nope, for some reason my character has started to spazz out when I get killed then I fly around and get that pop up asking if you want to go to the next map. I thought that I maybe could skip the whole exosuit part if I pressed yes, but when the next map was loaded I spawned outside of the map with only a screw. So, no autosave either...

To be very honest I liked SMRTER a lot more than Redux. SMRTER was just more fun, even though I love over the top realism like in Redux I just couldn't enjoy it.

Has anyone here ever used Complete 2009 and MK Arsenal?

One of the things i love about this game is that if anyone brags about being able to play games on hardest difficulty (CoD for example), i can just go "well can you play STALKER on master? No? Then stfu! :smug:" But yeah, this game will really kick your ass

my CoP doesn't work anymore. i fucked up and set static lighting to Full Dynamic (DX 10) and now it won't even go to the fucking menu. Ugh, i have to reinstall. or is there a way to set the graphics from outside the game?

How decently could I run this game? ATI Radeon HD 3200 AMD Athlon 64 x2 L310 1.2Ghz~ 4 GB Ram Win7 x64bit

Keep everything on lowest and it shouldn't be a problem
