S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Series Megathread: Stalkers raving in the face of danger - Games

I could never get myself into Stalker:SOC, but two days ago, I bought Call of Pripyat... and thats all I've done since. Bravo GSC Game World, I truly haven't been this addicted since Oblivion. Also: S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Series Megathread: "Drop the gun, retard."

I was really sad when I got Call of Pripyat and there was no ranking thing from killing enemies and monsters. Sadly, though, there isn't a comparable number of mods. There are large overhauls, but not nearly as much random content.

Yeah everything for Stalker tends to be large, other than maybe a small single weapon once in a while. Most of the small things are balance/weight mods.

I've always wanted the ability to add new maps in stalker, hope they do that with the second trilogy.

Anybody have 2 of the uber-high tech looking guns? EDIT: My point is, I can only find one. Going back to Pripyat to see if I can actually get another from one of the Monolith guys there.

Found a group of 5 guys in Pripyat, I think two have Exoskeletons. Hoping that they did, in fact, have F2000's, I attacked. Took like 3 bullets before I hopped behind a wall, took down like two before I did. Got another by looking over the wall. Took another out behind another guy, and then turned the corner, took down the last guy, and he dropped a F2000. My mission was successful to get an F2000.

Hey guys, can any of you help me on CS? I just got the game, and I need to go and find some guy. He's in a town, but there's only two ways I can see to get to him. One of them is to try to get past a milatary blockade, the other is to go through under this huge wrecked bridge with a big group of stalkers under it who tell you to go away or else they'll shoot ): Anyone know how I can get to this guy? I don't know his name, sorry.
