I'll do another one/renovate once we can make custom furni.
That's a really cool housing layout. I made my own version out of it.

I decided to help support Butterfield by making this Facepunch-themed item for the hotel.
It's a bit of a quicky, I would like your inputs.

Maybe make it a bit lighter? You could just stretch the informative rating as it is and it would look decent.

My character feels like osama bin laden, so, excuse his outfit.
Pretty fancy college dorm, it appears the owner has a shit load of money.

Gyazo doesn't work on FP. You can use an imgur extension to re-upload the gyazo files and then post them. That's what I do.

Greece's economy crashed into the ground.
You should add more flags.

Done, re-uploaded on imgur.com
About the economy, I wouldn't consider rares the economy, I just don't like the idea at all. I'd consider several "jobs" that can get players money, and about it being abusive, who "works" harder gets better payouts.
Player Catalogs: After the custom furni comes in, player catalogs would require a rental/day (10c a day?) and all the income from the furni sold gets sent into the owner's pocket, that means if someone buys 2 3c items and 1 4c items from your catalog (which can happen quite often, and it can be even more than that...), you will already get 1 day of paying for the player catalog, and I am quite sure there will be more than 3 furni bought everyday; if a player has a wide range of furni, that helps even more. Furthermore, players can make their own rares which they put in their catalogs and remove later.
Game events: Considering the small amount of players and moderation, scams should be way less than in the original Habbo, I am not saying they won't be existent, though...
Achievements: Achievements to pay in coins, not pixels.
Awards: Players can give other players awards for the equivalent value for multiple reasons (i.e. good friend badge, room award badge etc.), quite like the current trophy system, except the given awards consist in badges and monies.
Staff Awards: Staff can give other players special awards for 2x value for multiple reasons (i.e. room award badge, helpful badge etc.). The given awards consist in special badges and 2x value of monies than by the player-given.
Sessions/Slacking: Every hour of constant play would award the player with 2c.
Paying rooms: Special rooms would let the player join the room to see if it's worth it, but for the player to move, chat or don't have a nag screen on his face, needs to pay a fine set by the owner. This will also be helpful for parties.
Salary: 5c every day you get on.
And eventually more.

This is great.
I'll introduce a tutorial, once the one in progress is finished (so I can link them togheter, I might have my own faults in my model) about making a model in Blender then making it in pixel art, or I will just release a .blend with everything (Camera, mostly) set up already.
P.S. The one in the image is not actually scaled or really done that well, I just did it quickly to see the ending.
I made a method to use the same shading like in-game, I took a desk, took all the sides' (top, left, right) saturation & darkness, and I used the same for mine.
So, did you recolour the whole thing by yourself or was there a process in Blender that did it?
That's pretty awesome.
So, did you recolour the whole thing by yourself or was there a process in Blender that did it?
I turned off Blender's AA which helped making the model have rough lines, however, I recolored the whole thing by myself.
You guys are over-thinking it too hard.
Rares were the economy in original Habbo, credits just supported it. For example one HC was worth 25 Credits. Released Rares were also 25 credits.
The longer a Rare was unreleased, the more valuable it became. As people left Habbo/Stopped playing, Rares would drop from the available amount and also push up values.
So a Parasol could be worth say 2.5 HC's which is 2 HCs + 10 Credits. (Or that's how it was roughly worked out)
Rares the economy or not in the original Habbo, I still don't like the idea at all. I'm ok with rares being sold as items, but they shouldn't be the main economy.
Also,

:v:
At first I wanted to make it 2x2, but then I decided I'd rather not.

Wait, you are making the hotel?
Also just found out there is a third currency in habbo called Shells.
With some sniffing around we could change the name and currency icon and have our own currency.
Not giving every new person 5,000 Credits to start off with and instead giving them something better like 50 or nothing would be a way to introduce economy into this, and people having billions of credits is just fucking stupid when they're only a normal member with HC and Vip, unless you're the Admin you should have a realistic amount of credits, currently everybody is rich and nobody cares, it's just a smug-fest of who has more rather than who is rich and wanting to be rich.

Just as a furni for when custom furni comes in.

Unless there will also be a method to easily get coins, the hotel will have almost no difference than the original Habbo, which is pointless. I'd keep up with the 5k coins, or at least 2.5k.
Neither of the hotels seem to be working for me
that normal?
heres a hotel i got from rage zone:
