You are incorrect, Dark Seer did not have pretty much everything nerfed slightly, he had his movement speed slightly tapped and Vacuum is weaker and can't wombo combo with Naga. This means he is now slightly worse at initiating and needs better positioning. This isn't a really huge nerf, as many teams did not use Dark Seer as a main initiator, and even if they did they would get Blink Dagger on him making the Vacuum nerfs not that big of a deal (aside from not working w/ Naga). He will still be top pick/ban material, as he is still strong all phases of the game. If you want to weaken DS's pick potential, you'd want to look at Shell/Surge for early game or Wall for late game, eg make Surge not usable on himself, suddenly DS is now a much easier to gank person in suicide lane 1v2 and picks are less restricted against him, however he is still great at what he does extremely well.
Naga Siren is probably never going to have her song nerfed ever (aside from the fact that Vacuum no longer works with it). Icefrog has always been extremely adamant about keeping a hero's focus in tact, even if it means creating more and more weaknesses to keep it. If she proves troubling still, you will most likely see hits to her Net/Splash long before you see any to her ultimate.
I don't like how they reworked Icarus Dive, that's probably one of the things I have problem with because Dive helped so much initiating as Phoenix. The new ability just makes Icarus feel weird.
And they seriously nerfed Terrorblade, changing Zeal for this conjure Image and taking away the images that spawn from metamorphosis, he has lost so many carry potential.
Both haven't been added yet so its fine for now, there is plenty of time to rework those abilities to make them sound nice.
All the changes on the heroes that are already in DotA 2 are good, matchmaking will be horrible meanwhile tho, many people going "WHAT THE FUCK, THIS WASNT LIKE THIS 1 DAY AGO, OMG".

I would be perfectly fine with Song of the Siren if in anyway it was possible to interrupt the cast of it. Maybe if it had a short channel like Sand King or something. Anything to make it not a I-don't-want-to-play-anymore-I'm-going-home.

Tournaments will still be running on 6.74, so they will have the 1600 distance for a while still. It's only non-tournament games that will have the 2000 range.

I hate how they removed Zeal for such a simple, and seemingly useless spell.

I dunno, another thing that made me kind've upset is the increased mana cost of it. I have enough early game mana problems with keeping the wolves alive as is, but now, after a quarter of a camp, it seems like they'd be flailing at them with no limbs and begging for the sweet release of death

It seemed useless to steal chrono most of the time since he can't dish out enough damage himself and if void chrono'd it'll be a clusterfuck in most cases and catching only enemies would be near impossible and he'd generally just fuck his team over.

You still have to get the stacks. You would need 13.3 casts to get up to 400 damage, which would take 40 seconds. (rounded up to 14 casts, as you can't have a third of a cast)
