Why would he make BKB unsellable?
So that the uber farmed carry can't just sell it and buy a new one for 2400g. Now, if you want a new BKB, you gotta drop it on the ground and pay full price for the new one.
We are talking about WC3's DotA. This is a everyday thing.
It's been over five years since I played WC3 DotA so I'm not terribly concerned about what happens there.
So, when can we expect to see these changes ported over to Dota 2? At least the test client. They all seem very interesting, and I'm wondering if it's just gonna be one massive update or a slow leak from WC3 over to Dota 2.
All coming Wednesday.
Oh, shit, awesome.

That defies the point of having a big update.
So someone pointed out Midas isn't listed as an item Zet can't use with his clones, big dollars time?
They would never "slow leak" and update. That defies the point of having a big update.
It might take time to actually integrate it into Dota 2 was my point, but I get what you're saying.

Buffs nerfs, new items, all that jazz. I think both released within a week of each other too which was a great suprise to anyone. Hopefully we'll get it Wednesday/Thursday then.

We'll probably get another hero or two ported over as well if that's the case.

new heroes definitely not coming with the conversion. heroes pre-6.73 have yet to still be added and they'll be added first, and then the 6.73 heroes, and then the 6.75 heroes.
As an avid Pudge player, this possible metagame shift towards ganking pleases me.
You know what would be holy-shit-awesome? If the new heroes would come to Dota 2 this week, along with 6.75.
Impossible. Zet is broken as hell atm.
Don't expect Dota's new heroes to come to Dota 2 along with the rest of the updates. They haven't even finished the heroes they had before, how would they release heroes that were just now added to Dota?

Valve can be considered as the Dota 1 team as well you know.
Wait just re-read the Alchemist part, his stun if failed can damage/stun teammates...wouldnt that be used for griefing? in fact i think its the only way to grief by making damage to allies and not changing their posicionament.
Several heroes possess 'griefing' abilities, chen or wisp is a good example but I rarely if ever actually see that happening in-game maybe it happens more in wc3 dota but not in dota 2
nightmare is fucking annoying when bane griefs

Hell, Skywrath and Shredder are being released somewhat soon.

Wow, im wondering if Lycan will be less insta-picked. Or are they just going to move to in-lane.
That list isn't strictly release order.
I know not strictly, but a vague outline
Wow, im wondering if Lycan will be less insta-picked. Or are they just going to move to in-lane.
I dont think he can even solo rosh anymore, or at least as early that was one of his main strong points, was that you could just hear 'roshan has fallen' 'immortality' than ganking in all 3 lanes

Templar Assassin with Refraction and Treant backing her up with living armor will be pretty frustrating :v:
