If it comes out today it'll probably be in atleast 4/6/8 hours like it used to be. But who knows.

Meepo is a dull name so none will instalock him because hes a lame hero.

Yeah FP he sucks, don't play him, hes a terrible hero.

500 gold may be less but its not THAT bad. It should be enough for regen and a couple branches which is really all you need for most heroes (except some junglers).
