Leshrac, veno, invoker, viper, etc. and dust. She's not that strong of a lategame carry either so if you can shut down her early game then it should be over if you have a carry.

Chaos knight. When she doesnt have shield she dies to a farmed chaos knight every time no matter what, and meld does nothing when ck has tank items. I buy treads > drum > halberd > heart > manta (or manta first if stomping)

the thing that makes veno annoying are wards and gale.

you either max wards first or gale first, not the passive.

I don't really like to max gale because of the mana cost, so far wards and sting have worked for me

To be honest, I agree but leaving gale at level 1 and maxing passive is fine if you cant afford the mana(Gale goes up by alot per level).

plus i heard from tobi i think, or some other caster, that you should level up the passive to two if you want to counter TA's refract because the dot from level 1 doesnt take away charges from refract. im not sure though

Yes, and it also makes it deal double the damage from the 1st rank if you get another point on it.
