People usually say that two carries in a lane is really bad, but I just played a game with one of my friends as Doom Bringer and he was Outworld Destroyer. Holy shit we were doing well against a Bane + Dirge lane, I was surprised.

They failed at getting him down to half hp before they both ran out of salves and health and got ganked before the match started. Then THEY WENT BACK and tried again the second they left the area and guess what- they all turned around and killed wisp and ursa again. Even if they weren't killed twice they barely survived rosh at all with 6 salves and a tether. They may have just been total idiots, though.
