What are you talking about? The devs probably spent 1 week tops working on this game, it's an exact rehash of MW2, which even then was god awful. They might as well sell this off of as DLC, because it's going to be adding as much content as one.
When they weren't copy-and-pasting things from previous games, they were working on scripted events that will take up 90% of the 2 hour campaign.
Infinity Ward can't seem to believe that countries have their own armies. And that Russia doesn't have the military funding to even invade a country around their borders. Also, WHY would the U.S. Army even be deployed to France and Germany? Didn't the Russians invade their country? Shouldn't they, you know, concentrate on defending their country? So many questions. All because Infinity Ward can't hire good European actors and read up on Russia.

It is a game. If it was super realistic then it wouldn't be fun at all.

I don't think that the US soldiers were supposedly deployed in those countries, judging from all the info. It seemed more like you just play as a soldier who's part of that country's army. Except for one where you play as a delta force guy in germany or whatever, but you're doing that with that country's soldiers too.

Valve still use Half-Life 2 models in things like Portal 2 and Left 4 Dead... And does it really matter if the events are scripted? They're still working on said scripted events.

I was pretty disappointed because I expected actual gameplay instead of cutscenes and cinematics, but it doesn't look that bad. Its kinda grey and it looks like they're gonna use IW5.0 instead of id tech 4.
Hope they let me fight in the Reichstag or the Clocktowers in London. I always like when games like this have locations like that.
I hope we will see some KSK dudes in Germany.
Also retaking the Reichstag and waving a German flag from it would be orgasmic.
Also I hope the French/German armies are playable in multiplayer, not just America/Russia

As long as the ACR is in the game, and looks exactly like it did in MW2, I'm happy, I FUCKING LOVE how the weapon looks and feels and plays and all. I know that the real Masada and ACR aren't shaped as they are in game, but I love it.
I heard that they're working with Bushmaster for some of the weapons, so I hope they have the ACR.
