World of Tanks - SIEMA PL? - Games

Holy crap. Just had a round of Mountain Pass with my M18. Me and some Tiger P decide to go underneath the bridge area and nobody else followed us so we get ready to ambush a stray tank or two. Turns out 8 of their tanks came that way. The Tiger P took so many shots, I thought for sure he'd be dead within a minute while I poked my head out of a rock to take shots, in the end I had 5 kills and he had 3. Damn that guy was a good steel wall

I just really how gun heavy the upper and lower tier British tanks are going to be. In the first few tiers we have tanks with 47mm guns, surpassing what other nations get by far. In the last few tiers though it gets really interesting. Mediums Tier 8 - 20 Pounder Tier 9 - 105mm L7 (!!!) Tier 10- 105mm L7 Heavies Tier 9 - 120mm from the T110 Tier 10 - 133mm (likely better than the 120mm) TD's Tier 8 - Likely a 120mm Tier 9 - 183mm (!!!) Tier 10 - 183mm

T-150/KV-1S keep getting attacked by invisible tanks, or find themselves surrounded by enemies RIGHT NEXT TO THEM. If they removed the damned spotting system, they would drop a huge load off the server, and yet they keep it.

You should have went German since the E-75 somehow spots everything without giving a fuck about incoming shells.

But for the 183mm, I highly doubt that its HEAT shells will be anywhere near 400. When they said they weren't adding HESH shells, they effectively eliminated the chance of having it do that level of penetration. The gun used HESH as its primary AT shell and that should really tell you something: low muzzle velocity. HESH doesn't really care too much if it is going 200 m/s or a thousand. As long as it can splatter, it is going fast enough. With the 183mm now probably stuck using HE, it will likely end up playing like a direct fire artillery piece. Even with HEAT, its pentration will probably only be in the upper 200's. I'm guessing somewhere in the range of 240 to 280 myself. But I'm guessing if you like the KV-2, you'll love this thing. Also, 1.4k damage? Get real. The only comparable gun to this is the 180mm, which does 1.7k. I suspect any tank mounted with this gun will get special matchmaking, and be an artillery magnet.

That's not going to work well with the WoT community. They need a premium shell and big guns in this game tend to fire HEAT shells, plus these things don't really give a fuck about shell velocity. Aren't the current T10 TD HEAT shells like 420 penetration anyway?

Rounds where I've gotten 4+ kills only to see that my entire team is dead and I'm boned anyways - I'm getting those far more than I ever have. :v:

So, I've been keeping track of XVM statistics for my last 100 games... according to it I should have had around a 32% win rate. That MM.

Who wants to be my platoon buddy/friend for the rest of my grind to the E-75? I've got 40k exp to go and I can't bear another minute being alone in the sea of idiots that is my team every single match.

I've got my T20 and to me it's loads of fun. Don't know what Apache is on about.

It doesn't accelerate fast enough for me. I prefered the Pershing's ability to go hull down and ding most incoming shells and the mobility to reposition faster than a fat heavy. There's also the insanely good view range.

I love my T20. it's probably the most solid tank i've ever used. It can be put into any situation; it can brawl, it can snipe, it can harass. a true medium tank.

In Siegfried line, I saw a AMX 13 75 chase after our lorraine155 around one of the bunkers after four or five turns around the bunker the amx got shot by another arty then the lorraine155 killed it.

Just watched a bad game get a whole lot worse. Obj 704 was spotted bright as day on the top of a hill. Arty never fires at him over 4 minutes. He finally kills me. An E-50 that was hiding nearby rushes into a facehug with our Patton. GW Tiger fires on them and kills the Patton while doing no damage to the E-50. Holy fucking bad arty.
