I would love to test it both against all KV-5 and BatChat and M48A1 I have.
Accoriding to Vallter, adaptive camo will be additive, not multiplicative. This means it will straight up add 5% to the base camo of a tank, instead of multiplying it by 1.05.
Let's say a Maus has 0.5% base camo (not really but example), and you add a camo net on it. A camo net is multiplicative and increases the base camo by a factor of 1.25, so 0.5 x 1.25 = 0.625 base camo. Aka completely useless on tanks with little camo of their own.
The adaptive camo, will be 0.5% + 5%, making the base camo 5.5%, a huge increase compared to camo net on such tanks. It will be very useful on tanks like JP E-100.

I usually do it in a reversed manner. That not being getting rammed and then shot but I shoot them at the approach or when I'm ½m away and then ram the unfortunate ones that survives it.
Except when i try to fire at the move and accidently hit our batchat for 300+ dmg instead...

Exactly.
Installing XVM has shown me that the general player in this game isn't really all that smart. Hell I'm a painfully average player (1000 efficiency) and I am still usually leaps and bounds over most of the players in the round (even in Tier 8 battles).
my efficiency is awful yet I still manage to be better than at least half the players in this game
Last time I checked, my eff was around 900.
Yet so many time I die, then look at the scoreboard to see that I was the last one left.

Weirder than that, I usually die off in the first 4 minutes of the game in any tank and maintain around a 1/1 kill to death ratio but my efficiency is only topped by around 20-30% of players, usually people playing Tier V light tanks

My average life is something like 4 minutes 53 seconds (maximum is 6 minutes on my 704 :v:) and I still maintain 1400 efficiency and 2100 efficiency on my top tier tanks.
What really matters is what you do with those 5 minutes, I saw tards live though the whole 15 minutes of a match while achieving nothing else than damaging their teammates.
