Nope.
It's pretty hard to fit an autoloader in a normal turret, it needs to either move with the breech (that's where you need an oscillating turret) or move the breech to it (the Russian way). Unfortunately in 1945 the Russian way wasn't exactly easy to do.

I currently have ISU-152 with BL-10 unlocked, should I bother grinding down 268? I mean it is cool but I don't wanna grind 704. Also second USSR TD branch seems good, should I grind it instead? When 8.0 comes out.

He still has to go through the 704, that's at least 320k XP to grind.
If I had the choice, I certainly wouldn't go down that line again. When you consider how fun the JP E-100 is and how OP the T110E4 is, there's no reason to touch the USSR TD line.
The new TDs look much better too.

T110E4 is getting nerfed. Just like T110E3, and Foch155.
Only E-100 gets buffed and 268 untouched, in 8.0

It's probably going to be something like -2 degrees of traverse speed and 10% worse dispersion which wouldn't be much since the damn thing can fire nearly as accurately as a Patton while moving.

You're doing it wrong, it can pen the lower hulls of most (all?) the tier 10 without gold rounds, so it's beyond me how you could be bouncing off the side of tier 8 (aside from ridiculous angles).

Today when I was playing with Goon and Eli, my shell bounced off the side of a nearly perpendicular M103.

You could put a Gun Rammer on your M4, and with a 100% Loader you'll be close to an autoloader. But I don't recommend that. It's not likely that you have a 100% loader on your M4 yet and there is no reason to spend the 500K unless you plan to keep the M4 as a money maker. (results vary on that venture anyway.)
If solo the best way I have found to play my M4 is to hang back in a sniper role as you mentioned. Or roll with a heavy and back him up / keep little shit off him.
If you have a platoon, and you're all in M4's or like mediums, you can wreak havoc in wolf pack.
Once you get an Easy 8, well then I highly recommend the Gun Rammer, and Gun Laying Device, and the Vertical Stabilizer. With a 100% loader and gunner you do have an autoloader, and you only have to stop to shoot if your really feel like it or are trying to hit an ELC AMX that's 400m away.
My brother and I roll in our E8's all the time and two of us cause enough mayhem that only a completely incompetent team can't clean up after us and secure the win. Sometimes we account for half the kills our selves. In one battle, many moons ago, the stars aligned and there were 3 other E8's on our team. The five of us circled the map together and in three minutes we had killed the entire other team. We lost one E8.
Many people will tell you to get the E2 Jumbo, and for good reason. It will save you the hell that is the T1 HT. But if you want to play the "medium" of medium tanks, the E8 is the way to go.
The E2 plays like a really awkward heavy M4. It use to be terrible because of shite MM, but it's probably loads better.
The best thing being, the E2 is nearly invulnerable to other M4 series frontally. :v:

I found it to be actually quite fun in the right game (thanks too the new mm thats pretty much every game) but I still enjoy the E8 overall.
